Our operational zone covers most international territories excluding Asia and designated remote regions.

2. OPERATOR QUALIFICATIONS (USER REQUIREMENTS)

To engage with our Base Camp, you (“Operator”, “User”) must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the legal minimum in your jurisdiction
  • Comply with all local laws regarding blade possession and importation
  • Provide accurate deployment (shipping) coordinates
  • Use only authorized payment channels (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Not resell Equipment without express written authorization

3. EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS (PRODUCT DETAILS)

6. EXTRACTION PROTOCOLS (RETURNS & REFUNDS)

  • Photos of Equipment and packaging
  • Reason for return

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized/sharpened blades (including engraved items)

  • Return shipping at Operator’s expense

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Base Camp content (logos, product images, operational manuals) are proprietary assets. Unauthorized use constitutes a security breach and will be met with immediate countermeasures (legal action).

8. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

Command shall not be responsible for:

  • Improper Equipment use
  • Customs seizures or delays
  • Consequential damages from Equipment use
  • Third-party shipping carrier failures

Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Equipment in question.

9. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

Command reserves the right to immediately revoke Base Camp access for Operators who:

  • Violate local laws
  • Attempt fraudulent transactions
  • Misuse intellectual property
  • Endanger other Operators

10. POLICY UPDATES

These terms constitute the active operational manual. Command may update protocols without notice. Continued Base Camp access constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
